Our Service aims to meet the quality of service and needs of our passengers

Punta Cana Reservations and Transportation Terms & Conditions
1- Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation is consider confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from our dispatcher center

2- Payments and Deposits
Punta Cana Bavaro Taxi will ask you for your credit card at the time of making the reservation, the credit card is only for confirmation purposes, you have the option of paying cash at the time of service.
Reservation without credit card will be cancel, and dispatcher is not allowed to send a vehicle

3- Local Taxes and Gratuity.
If the client prefers to pay with credit card 18% applicable taxes will be charged to the total of the agreed price. If the client pays cash at the time of service all local taxes will be waived.
Gratuity: Our driver is not allowed to ask our clients for tips or gratuity, the gratuity is all up to the passenger discretion base on drivers performance and customer service skills.

4- Regular Airport Meet and Greet.
Unlike the USA and Canada international airports PUJ airport does not allow the greeters or drivers to meet the passengers at the baggage claim as it is used in the USA and Canada, The client will meet his driver at the airport exit, Our driver will be standing with a sign with the client’s name on the sign.

5- VIP Meet and Greet.
We provide VIP greeting services for those clients that would like to laid back and relax and let our concierge take care all paperwork and immigration checking, you will be taken to the VIP room where you will wait for your luggage and paperwork while you sip on a glass of wine or beer, This VIP Meet, and Greet service cost $100 per person.
